Relocation: What exactly does it involve?

This entails obtaining and translating documents, checklists and processes, providing help with administrative tasks and with official (de)registration with the relevant authorities.

This includes helping you to settle into your new surroundings, providing local information on medical care, assisting you in opening a bank account, providing information and contact to independent insurance brokers and help in applying for a driving license.

We analyze individual needs, research suitable properties, schedule viewings and support you in negotiating tenancy agreements and in the handover of the property.

We analyze individual needs, select and offer advice on schools, kindergartens and day-care centers, arrange appointments at these facilities, give advice during decision-making, support you with registration formalities and with the search for suitable childcare (such as a childminders or babysitters).

This includes bespoke orientation tours, welcome packages, visits to example accommodation, an overview of school systems and childcare, shopping, leisure facilities and lots more.

We provide a needs assessment including checklists with all relevant documents, support in terminating rental agreements, returning the rental property, tracking the deposit repayment, coordinating renovation and cleaning work if required, deregistering with utility companies and authorities, terminating all contracts, memberships, setting up a forwarding order and plenty more.
