We have our consistent relocation quality certified in voluntary audits.
The FIDI Global Alliance brings together member companies from all over the world, all of which follow the same high service standards. FIDI itself is the largest global alliance of international moving and relocation companies with members in over 100 countries. All FIDI-affiliated companies have one thing in common: their high quality standards – and they can prove it.
Currently, only 30 companies in Germany are part of the FIDI network, one of which is us, Hartmann International Moving & Project Logistics. The certification is carried out through a procedure by Ernst & Young.
Hartmann International Moving & Project Logistics holds the FAIM quality certification.
The FAIM quality certification is unique in its kind and sets the benchmark for quality services in the international moving and relocation industry. It was developed by the FIDI Global Alliance.

We are a member of the regional trade association of the Federal Association of Furniture Moving and Logistics (AMÖ e.V.). For this, Hartmann International Moving & Project Logistics has been officially checked for compliance with the legally required professional entry requirements – expertise, performance capability, and personal reliability. Therefore, we have committed to the following working practices:
Hartmann International Moving & Project Logistics commits to fulfilling its social security and tax obligations, as well as adhering to labor and wage regulations.
With the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, we demonstrate compliance with internationally recognized requirements for management systems concerning the quality of production, services, and development.
The examination by the Certification Service in the Transport Industry (SVG ZERT) certifies the implementation of a quality management system for the execution of moves, project relocations, logistics services, overseas relocations, storage, and archive logistics.
The International Association of Movers (IAM) is the largest global association in the moving industry, with over 2,000 members from more than 170 countries.
Member companies of IAM – including Hartmann International Moving & Project Logistics – stand for strength, trust, diversity, ethics, reliability, and responsibility.
Relocation clients benefit from the extensive partner network across all continents during international moves. Cultural and country-specific particularities can thus be taken into account in advance.
